Modular Balcony Systems (MBS) are designed and engineered to decrease the water intrusion risk and coordination time while increasing the speed of installation of balconies and awnings during construction. MBS arrives in pre-designed kits when needed, allowing for an easy bolt-on installation at the job site. The units have multiple pre-finished options. The balconies are made of carbon steel.
